STEVIE JONES is an acoustic-based singer songwriter based in East Northants. with a career spanning four decades. He fronts full band Stevie Jones and The Wildfires but also performs solo acoustic sets playing songs from their repertoire with additional solo material as well as occasional covers picked from his influences touching everything from alternative rock, Americana, and alt folk.
A passionate live performer his songs are always delivered from the heart with a voice of experience and topically can take you on a journey from heartbreak to positivity. The 2023 Wildfires album ‘Clarity In Dusk’ was inspired greatly by lockdown walks in nature which Blues Matters Magazine referred to as “I can’t think of anyone writing today that has such poetry in the lyrics or the ability to back them up”.
A fourth Wildfires album is due for release later this year.
