The City of San Leandro invites the community to attend a ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the opening of the Steven Taylor Sanctity of Life Pavilion at Marina Park (13791 Monarch Bay Drive). The ceremony will take place on Saturday, January 24, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and is open to the public.The Pavilion reflects the City of San Leandro’s commitment to creating meaningful public spaces that promote reflection, healing, and community connection. The project includes enhanced pedestrian pathways, amphitheater-style seating, an outdoor gathering area, and a commissioned public art installation that anchors the site.
