Fresh off the release of my well-received new album, “Crazy That Way,” I'm kicking off 2025 with an ambitious return to the Gardenia – a three-month, three-show residency. Each night will focus on a different side of my catalog of original songs, along with a few favorite standards and pop classics.
On January 31st, “The Jazz in Me” will feature my swing, bossa nova, blues, and “jazzy pop” numbers. On February 28th, “Pop and Soul” will present contemporary love songs, gospel and pop anthems, and R&B ballads. And on March 28th, “Unplugged” will strip my songwriting down to essentials with just piano/vocal and bass, and include some of my most personal songs and stories.
Each show will be supported by a different set of top players aligned with that evening’s genre, with Dori Amarilio serving as musical director. And - I'll be joined by some very special guest vocalists [to be announced]!
I’m excited to spread my wings, collaborate with different ensembles, and showcase the various facets of my songwriting and performing. I hope you can join me for each of these one-time events!
