A fun and informative workshop where students get to make their own earrings using sterling silver sheet metal and wire. You can choose to keep your earrings plain, or pick from a selection of cabochon gemstones to add to your design. Come and learn the ancient art of silver jewellery making through demonstrations and then giving it a go yourself while you create your own beautiful new summer earrings, using a jewellers saw, blowtorch, gemstone setting tools and more.
Two options for this workshop:
1. Plain sterling silver earrings - $120 pp
2. Add cabochon gemstones to your design - $150 pp
* 4 hours of guidance as you create your own piece

* A selection of gemstones to choose from
* Coffee/Tea and light snacks
This workshop will be held in the creative space room at the iconic Square Edge Arts Centre in Palmerston North.
Your space will be confirmed once payment is received. This workshop is first come, first serve. Space is limited.
