Welcome to our quarterly hikes!
As a Naturopathic Doctor, I truly believe in the healing power of nature. I've also come to appreciate the power of community in combination with our health goals. One element to wellness is movement. Two elements to life are wood and earth. The hikes bring these three elements together, making a holistic experience to your healing and success journey.
