Take a deep breath and unwind with us during ‘Steps to Self-Care’ 💞Join OSQ for a relaxing yoga session with Mrs. Amy-Jo Mifsud, followed by a peaceful walk through the beautiful city of Mdina ✨
Amy-Jo; a former midwifery student and OSQ member, is a certified yoga instructor with over 4 years of teaching experience 🌸
She’s returning to OSQ to lead a special Vinyasa Yoga class focused on Balance - designed to challenge your concentration and help you find steadiness both on and off the mat 🧘♀
The yoga session will close with grounding breathwork and deep relaxation to restore harmony and inner balance ☺
Yoga is a mind–body practice that combines movement, breath, and mindfulness to promote balance, strength, and inner peace. Yoga is not about how flexible you are, or how long you can hold each pose - it's about anchoring stillness into your day and helping you shift your focus inwards 🪷
You will need:
- A bottle of water.
- A mat or a large towel.
- A light jacket/scarf for 'Savasana'.
Also, kindly bring along a small towel to place under your joints for extra comfort, as we’ll be practising yoga on slightly uneven ground.
Those who wish to continue the gathering are welcome to join us at Serkin; a local pastizzeria to conclude the event! 😋
