Steps of Change is our annual fundraiser for Newark Homeless Outreach, a project of OhioCAN. Newark Homeless Outreach strives to embrace, educate, and empower those whose lives have been impacted by homelessness, poverty, and/or addiction. We currently serve approximately 90-150 people each week with food, clothing, medical supplies, hygiene, and more. This event will be fun for all with memory walk around the square, (Stroller and pet friendly) to raise awareness to the unsheltered population and those lives lost to addiction in Licking County, OH. If you have lost a loved one to the disease of addiction, you may bring a pair of shoes for the memorial on the courthouse steps. There will be a bounce house and many fun things for children, live music, food, raffles, resource tables, and much more surprises. Special appearance by Bluey.
