Get motivated to move more, improve your health, learn about healthy behaviors, and have fun!
We welcome walkers of all abilities to take a step toward better health and join Stepping Up with St. Luke's walking group.
The fourth Thursday of each month provides an opportunity to meet others for a 30-minute walk on St. Luke’s walking trails.
All sessions are free. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing, supportive shoes, and bring a reusable water bottle.
All participants must agree to release St. Luke’s from any liability as a result of participation, provided through acknowledgement during the registration process.
Cancellations due to weather conditions will be notified through email.
NOTE: The fourth Thursday gatherings of "Stepping Up with St. Luke's" do not present an education topic. Education topics are presented on the second Thursday of each month.
