In this workshop, participants will learn to:
- Identify and celebrate “invisible wins”, that build confidence, clarity and resilience
- Reframe setbacks as stepping stones, rather than failures
- Understand the role of energy and mindset in sustaining progress
- Explore how subconscious beliefs shape what we attract and how we act
Who is this for:
- Entrepreneurs, freelancers, and creatives who feel they’re working hard but not seeing the results they want
- People in the early or middle stages of their projects who may doubt themselves. or compare too much to others
- Individuals open to self-reflection and willing to explore practical and mindset shifts to move forward
What to expect:
A mix of presentation, reflective exercises, group discussion, and practical tools participants can apply immediately in their business and personal life.

Participants leave with renewed motivation, a clearer sense of progress, and practical strategies to maintain momentum without burnout.
Please note: To join this workshop you or your business needs to reside within one of the following GM local authorities: Bolton, Bury, Oldham, Manchester, Rochdale, Salford, Stockport, Tameside or Trafford, Wigan.
You also need to be: The owner of a business OR an aspiring entrepreneur with a business idea you want to develop.
We are able to provide our services and workshops for free because of the funding we receive from the UK government. In order to continue to provide these services free of charge, we need to provide our funders with information about the people we have helped through our services and workshops.
Prior to the session, you will be contacted to fill out a registration form, including one of the following details:
- Your National Insurance (NI) number – if you have not yet registered a business
- Your Companies House registration number or Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR) – if you have registered a company with Companies House or are self-employed/sole trader registered with HMRC
Kindly note that we may not be able to admit you to the workshop without this information, so (should you have any truouble filling out the form online) we strongly encourage you to have it ready on the day.
The Generator is a project with two vibrant enterprise hubs, located in St Peter’s Square, on the ground floor of the Town Hall Extension, and in Royal Mills in Ancoats.
