We will explore how to discern between fear and being guided by your highest Self in order to find clarity and direction to fulfill your life's purpose.
In this workshop, you will be guided through:

🌻9:30am - Gentle Yoga & Breathwork 90 mins
🌻11am - Breakfast: Vegan & Vegetarian
🌻12pm - Nature walk (please dress accordingly)
🌻2pm - Discourse & Discussion of Vedantic philosophy as outlined by Adi Sankaracharya
🌻3pm - Mandala making (teas & light snacks will be offered)
🌻5pm - Yoga Nidra
🌻6pm - Closing
