Each note you hear in a sound bath has a purpose. It’s more than just a string of beautiful sounds tied together — there is intention behind every note and every sequence.
These specially tuned frequencies of sound help to bring you into a very deep state of rest and self-healing. Each bowl is tuned to a different chakra, or energy centre. When these bowls resonate with your chakras, they cleanse, they clear, they open you up, and they move energy through your body and bring you into a state of vibrational harmony.
This is a time when you can return to a place of feeling deeply connected and calm. You can let go and just be.

MEET JOSEPHINE
Echo Yoga and Sound Founder
Hatha, Yin and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher
Meditation and Yoga Nidra Practitioner
Sound healer, Singer and Sound bath Leader.
She has been on a mission to better understand the patterns of the mind, to find compassion, understanding and ways to alleviate feelings of loss and disconnection.
Josephine teaches from a place of knowledge, care, and attention. She believes Yoga is a valuable tool, using the wisdom of the East to calm the maddening nature of the West. It is a brilliant way to access better health, well-being, and encourages a more mindful way of life.
In a safe, protected space, she will guide you through the practice with added attention to the breath, alignment and inner voice.

I had the most amazing time with Echo Yoga. It was a brand-new experience for me and I had no idea how all-encompassing it would be. A truly wonderful, immersive experience, which you feel throughout your whole body and soul.
