Stephen Sunshine is a songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from New York City. Stephen has released 5 records and several singles with the band Sunshine Nights. As a full time troubadour, Stephen has toured several times across the USA, France, Netherlands, Germany, Scandinavia, England, Ireland, Brazil and India. As a songwriter, vocalist, guitarist, banjoist, mandolinist, bassist and pianist etc, some of the musical groups Stephen works with now and in the past include: Allison's Disease, Play On Words, Matt Katz & the Sirens, The Neverbeens, Orange Monsoon, The Groove Steady Orchestra, Heroes Of The Open End, Mister Jolly, Maybe The Welders, The Paisley Fields, Emily Frembgen, Smith & Sunshine and Sláinte.
Stephen holds an MFA in music composition from the Purchase Conservatory of Music. His songs have been featured on television for companies including Viacom and HBO.
