Step Up For Vets

Join us for the largest Veterans Day workout in Northern Colorado! The Step Up For Vets fundraiser is a unique opportunity to honor our veterans while engaging in an energizing workout. All proceeds go towards health and wellness programs benefiting Veterans across Northern Colorado. Join us in making a difference!

Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting out, we have options for everyone to Step Up For Vets!

$25 Donation to participate

Main Challenge: Complete 1000 step-ups (modifiable for all ability levels, see below)

Or

Burden Walk/Run: Grab some weight (ruck or sandbag optional) and step off on a 30-60 minute walk around the park. Take some time to reflect on the heavy burdens carried by so many of our heroes and pay respects to the sacrifices they make everyday.

Workout Options (estimated time to complete 45-60 minutes)

1. 1000 Step Ups : 18 inch step - Unweighted
2. 1000 Step Ups: 18 inch step - Weighted (20-40lbs recomended)
3. 1000 Step Ups: Using a stair height step up, weighted or unweighted
4. Burden Run/Walk: Carry any amount of weight for a 30-60 minute walk/run
