End of Summer Sweat Session
STRENGTH IN THE CITY, Fit House , BLOCK21 Fitness , and Yoga Box are bringing you a morning like no other in order to raise funds and awareness for the Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Denver . There will be three 30-minute classes that include, strength training, dance cardio and a restorative yoga flow to round our your fitness routine. DJ Jacoby will bring the heat with his music set to accompany the workouts.
Following the workout, there will be wellness practitioners on site, food and drinks as well as local vendors selling and giving away freebies!
As always, with STRENGTH IN THE CITY, there is never a shortage of added elements and surprises that make the event one for the books.

Schedule
9:30am | Doors Open
10:00am | HIIT & Dance classes begin (Everyone will be split into two groups. One group will be in the dance class, one group will be in the HIIT class)
10:30am | HIIT & Dance classes - second round (Groups switch)
11:00am | Restorative Flow (Both groups together)
11:30am | Community hour (food, drinks, wellness services, and local vendors)
