Step It Up is a dynamic fitness experience that blends step aerobics with fun, high-energy choreography. This class is designed to elevate your heart rate, tone your body, and keep you moving to the beat. Whether you’re a seasoned stepper or brand new to the platform, you’ll feel empowered, challenged, and accomplished by the end of class. Lace up your sneakers and come Step It Up with us! Let’s move, sweat, and have fun!

Time: 10am-11am. Please arrive 10 minutes early to secure your spot on the floor
