About this Event
Step into Your Power is a mid-week retreat for the sober-curious, sober-exploring and sober-serious. The day is designed to connect like-minded women with inspiring talks, gentle movement, guided meditation, and meaningful conversations about embracing an alcohol-free life.
Whether you're fully committed to sobriety, in the process of finding your path, exploring a healthier relationship with alcohol, or simply seeking a sense of community, this event is for you!
Our hope is that you will show up as your authentic self - and leave feeling inspired and empowered.
The Deets:
- Timing: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm (please arrive between 9:40 - 9:50 am)
- What to wear & bring: comfortable clothes, a journal/notebook & pen

- 6 hours of connection, movement (yoga for all levels), meditation, information, and inspiration!
