Hey Community!
You're invited to join us for FREE workout classes at Mother's Rest on Carson Beach (next to the bath house and volleyball nets).
Join us for this after-work social on Wednesday, July 10th from 5:30-7:30pm. We'll have body weight classes with personal trainer, Bryan (Mr. FormB4Weight), who has over a decade of experience in the fitness industry.
We'll have Xtreme HipHop Step Classes with Massachusetts' #1 master trainer, Julie! Sign up for BOTH classes to maximize your workout for the day!
Music will be provided by Dj Motivate Merren.
Snacks and a water bar will be provided! What's a water bar? You'll have to be there to find out 😄
We'll end the day with a relaxing, electric slide to "Before I Let Go" by Beyonce 💃🏽
