By examining the hero/heroine’s journey as a living framework—not just a story structure—participants explore the roles they’ve been playing, the challenges that have shaped them, and the choices now available to them. Through guided reflection, embodied practices, playful improv, and shared conversation, you’re invited to release limiting narratives and consciously step into the next chapter of your own story.
