In this 90 minute yoga workshop with Eliza, we will flow, meditate, and journal upon how we want to show up in the New Year. Through a guided meditation, we will tap into our truest selves and set a sankalpa, intention, that is in line with our purpose or dharma. Through journaling we will then bring intention into action and integrate this into our daily lives. This workshop will end with a gentle flow to seal our sankalpa into our bodies, ready to step into the New Year.
