Are you struggling with showering yourself with unconditional self-love? Do you fear intimacy, isolate yourself from others, or find it difficult to trust others? When energy is unable to flow freely in this area, you might experience physical issues including poor circulation, high or low blood pressure and respiratory issues.
Learn how Reiki can open and activate your heart chakra and how to develop a consistent daily self-care practice in this two-hour workshop with Heather Schultz Gittens (Founder and Owner of Huh Healing Hub LLC) and Ashley Cummings (Founder and Owner of Natural Ash LLC). This session includes a loving-kindness meditation, writing prompts to open your heart to the divine flow of love, compassion and joy, and direct love back to yourself and steps to deepen your self-care routine with Reiki and Natural Ash Shea Body Butter. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your favorite journal, pen and water bottle.

COVID-19 Policy

About Heather Schultz Gittens
Heather Schultz Gittens (she/her) is the Founder and Owner of Huh Healing Hub and a Certified Usui Reiki Master. She earned her Usui Reiki Master Certification from Lily Rubinstein at The Center of Inner Wisdom in 2018. She is an Affiliate Member of the Reiki Membership Association (through The International Center for Reiki Training) and certified in Mental Health First Aid.
In 2019, Heather launched her Reiki business (Huh Healing Hub) in New York City. Heather included her Korean surname (Huh) into the company name because Reiki helped her heal wounds from her adoption. Huh Healing Hub provides Reiki treatments that are tailored to each client’s intentions. These sessions help individuals expand their consciousness, reduce stress and anxiety, and remove emotional blockages. Huh Healing Hub also hosts in-person and virtual self-empowerment workshops and healing circles focused on self-love, mindfulness and transformation.
