• 6:30 PM - Intuitive Energy Work and Sound Bath: A soothing sound bath with hands-on energy work for full release and renewal.

Description: Begin your day by stepping into the energy of the 11/11 portal with grounding movement, guided meditation, intuitive energy work, and a heart-opening cacao ceremony. This session combines gentle movement, intention setting, and a cacao ritual to help you align with your highest self.

• Grounding Movement Sequence: We’ll begin with 20 minutes of gentle, grounding stretches designed to release tension, open the heart, and ground you in preparation for the meditation journey.
• Portal Meditation Sound Bath: While in a deep meditative state, we will step through the portal at precisely 11:11, connecting with our higher selves to gain clarity on what we need to release and embrace. This meditation will be combined with sound healing.
• Intuitive Energy Work: Infused throughout the room, intuitive energy work will support your journey, helping you feel grounded and aligned as you connect with your inner guidance.
• Cacao Ceremony: We’ll close with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, anchoring your intentions and inviting you to fully embody the energy of alignment and renewal. Cacao is known for its ability to open the heart and connect you more deeply to your purpose, making it a perfect ending to this transformative session.

This session focuses on self-discovery, clarity, and alignment, using meditation and sound healing tools to connect you with your highest self.

• Opening Breathwork & Gentle Stretching: We’ll begin with a grounding breathwork technique and gentle stretching to release physical tension, preparing the body and mind for deeper meditation.
• 11-Step Trance Countdown: Inspired by the 11/11 portal, we’ll use an 11-step trance countdown to guide participants into a deeply relaxed state. Each step helps release tension and opens the mind to new insights, symbolizing the journey through the portal.
• Inner Landscape Visualization: Through guided visualization, you’ll explore a serene inner landscape that represents your true self. Using intuition as your guide, this journey will allow personal symbols, colors, and messages to emerge, offering insight into what may need release or attention.
• Sound Healing Integration: Supported by a blend of sound healing tools—including crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and chimes and more—this session will guide you into deeper relaxation and connection. Description: Conclude the day with a deeply restorative sound bath and hands-on intuitive energy work session, designed to help you release, ground, and align with the transformative energy of the 11/11 portal.

• Grounding Breathwork & Body Shake-Out: We’ll start with a few minutes of grounding breathwork to settle the mind, followed by a gentle 2 minute body shake-out to release stagnant energy and prepare for deep relaxation.
• 11-Point Body Scan Meditation: This meditation begins with a guided 11-point body scan, symbolizing the journey through the portal. Moving from head to toe, each point invites you to release what no longer serves you, creating space for alignment and inner peace.
• Sound Bath & Hands-On Intuitive Energy Work: Settle into the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and other sound healing tools that promote relaxation and healing. Throughout the session, hands-on intuitive energy work will help clear blockages and ground you deeply in the energy of the 11/11 portal, creating a state of deep peace and renewal.
