Every Monday for 3 weeks from 7-8pm you will be warming up with some yoga, to prime your mind for salsa aerobics! all levels are welcome, as we will be starting off with all genres of musics, from very slow to the ultimate goal of salsa, where we will be shining the essence of our personality! The goal of this class is not just to learn salsa steps but ultimately to feel good moving. We finish the class with a restorative yoga cooldown. Both instructors, Nicole (salsa) and Mari (yoga) are certified and are experienced in making the class comfortable for you, so please come join for this one of a kind class!
