Step aerobics is making a HUGE comeback, and you don’t want to miss this class! Join Chris from CDornerFitness YouTube for an energizing Intermediate Step class on The SunnyBrook Ballroom floor. We’re talking 45 minutes of heart-pumping step aerobics, followed by 15 minutes of core-crunching abs and soothing stretches. This is a bring-your-own-step event, so don’t forget your step! And be sure to bring a towel or mat for the abs segment.
