About this Event
Join us for 60 minutes of some old school step aerobics to music that will make you smile and feel good! Steps are provided, but please feel free to BYO or just use the floor if you don't feel quite confident to use a step. This class will increase those daily step goals as well as improve your cardiovascular fitness, one retro song at time!! BYO water bottle and towel. All fitness levels welcome. Please note this is a ladies class.
Your first class is free!
Classes are $8 each, payment accepted at the door.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
In attending our Retro Fit event at The Junction, you agree to adhere to the following :
- Complete a pre-exercise form prior to attending our session (this can be done on arrival or you may request a link to complete earlier), and advise our instructor of any existing medical conditions that may affect exercise.
- Stay home if you’re unwell or have any flu-like symptoms ?
If you are unable to attend, please text Lyndsay on 0423276363 in advance so that we can offer the position to another person who may like to come.
Once you’ve registered, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please be patient and understanding as we have to follow strict protocol as laid out by our local government to ensure we do not compromise the future.
