About this Event
Join Alex in this exploration of stencil art and design. Alex will begin by sharing a quick history of the stencil, showing different examples of the technique and how it has been used throughout history. Then onto the practical portion of the workshop, Alex will guide participants in the selection of images for adaptation to their stencil using a variety of techniques. Having chosen images to work with, we will then proceed to translate them into stencils, experiencing the different challenges presented throughout the process of designing and cutting templates suitable for painting.
Join us anytime between 2pm and 6pm with your registration, and feel free to ask Alex all your burning questions about all things stencils!
