This month, we’re diving into the science of optical illusions with a hands-on activity that’s both fun and educational. Kids will learn about thaumatropes, an early animation toy that shows how your brain blends separate images into one when spun quickly.
Participants will create their own thaumatrope to take home while discovering how art, science, and motion come together. This free, family-friendly event is designed to spark curiosity and creativity in young minds. All materials are provided—just bring your imagination!
