Experience the incredible 2025 Girl Scouts of Northern Indiana-Michiana STEM Expo on Saturday, October 18, 2025, and unlock the limitless possibilities in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM)! Discover exciting career paths as you dive into interactive tabletop activities exploring engineering, robotics, animal science, nature, 3D printing, and more! This hands-on adventure will show you how fun STEM can be and inspire your dreams for the future.
Here's what awaits you at the STEM Expo:
* 9:00am-11:45am: Exhibitor Expo
o Meet and learn from over 30 inspiring STEM professionals eager to share their passions with you! As you explore their exciting work, you'll uncover your interests and talents.
* 10:30-11:00: *NEW* Keynote Speaker from AstraFemina!
o Through GSUSA's collaboration with AstraFemina, we would like to introduce girls to Barbara Bell, a former Girl Scout from Michigan and a Navy Test Pilot! Find out about how a Girl Scout learned how to fly through grit and persistence.
* 11:00-11:30: Optional Breakout Sessions:
o Immerse yourself in a career-focused breakout session, where you'll have the opportunity to connect with incredible women who have made their mark in STEM fields. Learn from their experiences and get inspired to pursue your dreams fearlessly. Breakout sessions will be 30 minutes long and will take place during the exhibitor expo!
* 11:45am-12:00pm Prize Raffle:
o The expo ends at 12:00 PM with a STEM prize raffle drawing at 11:45 AM!

🗓️ Special Instructions: This is not a drop-off event. Parents and/or leaders are expected to provide supervision. ONE (1) adult is required to chaperone their youth(s) at this event. All troops and groups must follow the correct youth-to-adult ratio.
