Looking for a half-term activity? Come along to our bit-size STEM event.
There are two parts to this event:
During this time, they will learn about the science of measuring... simply put, you'll be able to measure dry ingredients in grams (g) and liquids in millilitres (ml).
Your Easter helpers (library staff) will hop away to bake the cookies. Whilst we do that, why not check out our children's books on Food for more delicious recipes that you can try at home.
Mix food colouring in fondant icing to decorate your easter cookies however you like. Once done, you'll bag them up to take home.
We advise bringing along aprons as this event will get messy.
