Girl Scout Juniors and Cadettes are invited to join us in Boston at the Museum of Science for a day of engineering fun and discovery! Engage in hands-on workshops with industry professionals, explore the museum with a small group, and enjoy a planetarium show.Test out different materials as you design a glove for an astronaut with common crafting materials. What do you need to consider about the hazards of space? How do you balance protection and function?
STEM Challenge is a drop off event! Girl Scout participants must be checked in by an adult caregiver, then they are grouped by age following GSEMA's adult/child safety ratios and policies. GSEMA staff accompany participants for the duration of the event.
Make this event a fun outing for the whole family! Each Girl Scout participant receives up to three passes to the Museum of Science on the day of their program to share with friends or family!
Explore the museum before, during, or after the event, but remember that these tickets are only valid on the day of the event. Additionally, adult caregivers of participants receive free parking for the duration of their visit.
