The Global Geospatial Institute is hosting a “STEM and GIS Teacher Professional Development” on December 13th and 14th at the East Baton Rouge Parish Library. This Teacher PD which runs from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day is made possible by the Huey and Angelina Wilson Foundation. It is focused on giving educators in North Baton Rouge 70802 area code the tools to enhance content for their students using GIS! Any teacher in grades 3rd-12th is welcome to register but space is limited!
