Stella & Polly Release Get ready for the most anticipated beer releases of the year - the Stella 15 & Polly 10 Release! Brewed with utmost care by Mikkel and named after his two daughters, these limited-edition bottles are a true labor of love. 👭🏼With only 100 bottles of 750mL available, they're sure to vanish quickly, so mark your calendars and arrive early to secure yours for 225 DKK per bottle.

This year, we're celebrating Stella and Polly with flavors inspired by their favorite treats, from creamy ice cream to everything in between. Join us for a flavorful journey that's as unique as the beers themselves. 🍨

Both beers are built upon a blend of Imperial Stouts aged beneath Kødbyen in bourbon barrels for 18 to 36 months .

The final chosen casks were selected to harmonise with the decadent additions that separate these two special releases.

Intentionally left with only a whisp of carbonation, these beers replace dessert wine at the end of an evening or the chocolate sauce over icecream for the kids in us that never grow up.

Stella 15 (14,9% abv)
- maple syrup, maltodextrin, brown sugar, vanilla, hops, yeast. Aged in bourbon barrels for 18 - 36 months.
Here at Warpigs, we knew vanilla would be the star of the show for Stella 15.
Continuing our work with the good people at Social Vanilla: who pioneer farmer-focused and ethically sourced vanilla from Uganda, we received fistfuls of cigar-like vanilla pods that enjoyed a long and deserved maceration in the beer until bottling.
Saturated vanilla caviar fills the nose atop complex layering of toasted American oak, bourbon, chocolate brownie and port. Share it with the best ⭐️.

Polly 10 (14,9% abv)
- maple syrup, maltodextrin, brown sugar, coconut, cacao nibs, hops, yeast. Aged in bourbon barrels for 18 - 36 months.
When selecting barrels for these blends, choosing casks that balanced a significant coconut and cacao portion while still offering depth was key.
We found spirit-driven, American oak heavy older stock brought drive and distinction to the final beer, while a single cask of black maple Imperial Stout lent a richness to the backdrop for the coconut and cacao to perform up front. Decadent and distinct across the flavours present, we hope you drink it the away we made it; with love & respect! ✌🏼
