Steep Slope Solutions- September 9th Farming Event InviteLandowners in the Waiōtahe Water Care and Ōhiwa Nukuhou Catchment Groups are keen to be abreast of best practice advice for farming/managing the landscapes of the Waiōtahe and Nukuhou hill country. Leading agencies have been invited to share their advice on managing steep slopes within a farming system, ranging from retiring land to environmentally sustainable options to continue farming. The catchment groups welcome landowners from across the Eastern Bay of Plenty to join them for a steep slopes solutions-focused event.
