Sip, Create & Celebrate Fall: Custom Mug + Tea Blending Workshop
Join us on Thursday,November 13 at 6:00 PM for a one-of-a-kind creative experience that blends art, flavor, and fall coziness all in one evening.
We’re teaming up with Flingin’ Pots and Soul Shine Botanica to bring you a workshop that lets you design your own ceramic mug and curate a personalized fall tea blend. It’s the perfect way to welcome the season and create something uniquely yours.
What to Expect:
The evening begins with a botanical tea lesson led by Sarah Finke, owner of Soul Shine Botanica. You’ll learn about the benefits of different herbs and spices, then select from four fall-inspired blends to create your very own tea mix (enough for 12 servings!).
Next, it’s time to get your hands in clay! With guidance from Flingin’ Pots, you will choose a pre-made cylinder shape then custom make the handle and personalize the exterior.. Do you like to use 2,3 or 4 fingers in your handle? Like a more narrow opening? Need more of a beer stein with a stamped name badge? We got you covered!! Choose your handle style, add personal touches, and select from five high-fire glaze colors. Each mug will be kiln-fired twice for durability and returned to desk chair one month later for pick-up.
To make the evening even sweeter, your ticket also includes a glass of wine, beer, or a non-alcoholic beverage, plus plenty of cozy fall teas to sip while you create.
