Steely Dead is a musical hybrid of the Grateful Dead and Steely Dan. Sonic worlds collide, between the structure, arrangement and precision studio recordings of rock legends Steely Dan, cross-pollinated with the Grateful Dead’s free-flowing, melodic improvisation and masterful song segues. Steely Dead merges these major concepts together while infusing the influence unto each band. For example, taking the Grateful Dead’s rocking set ender Deal and Steely Dan’s Reelin’ In the Years creating the mashup Dealin’ in the Years. Steely Dead is committed to the nuance of both bands while remaining playful with jam segues between songs, and delivering a unique musical blend. For fans of both or either one of these great bands.

Dog City Disco is a psychedelic-funk rock band, formed in Denver Colorado in 2017. All raised in the mountains of Colorado near Breckenridge, the group of friends have been together for over 15 years, which gives them a very tight bond that can be seen through their music. Combining elements of rock, funk, reggae and jazz they form their own unique sound to get your ass shakin' and your heart pumping.
Dust from the years of performing with many groups and musical styles has coalesced to form Buffalo Galaxy.
Each member brings with them a tradition of Bluegrass and American music as their bedrock. Buffalo Galaxy embarks to explore deep space with lightspeed bluegrass.
The gravity of their songwriting pulls at our humanity, while time becomes relative when improvisations and jams atomize, allowing the listener to float weightless in musical space.
Bringing a mass of energy that only time can accumulate, Buffalo Galaxy burns bright in the bluegrass universe!
Buffalo released their debut album New Escape in the fall of 2020. They have been busy since their start in 2019, touring around the Midwest and Rocky Mountains. In 2021, they performed at Blue Ox Music Festival, Harmony Park Music Gardens, and the Sioux River Folk Festival. They have shared the stage with The Kitchen Dwellers, The Dead Horses, Armchair Boogie, and Julian Davis.
