Islanders Assemble for the Island showdown, the clash at the Island where Steel meets stone. Where champions collide and legends rise. Two disciplines one island where strength meets legacy!Our first push pull competition, powerlifting bench and deadlift and strongman log press and 18in axle deadlift.
Usual rules apply for both disciplines and we will be using one of the powerlifting formulas (e.g. Wilks) to score and there will an overall male and female in each discipline.
Our events are always charity fundraisers and this event will be raising money for Lukeameia Care.
athlete entry is £30 (non refundable) all athletes get a comp tshirt and first 3 in each category get a trophy.
