Get ready to step back in time and train like a warrior. Join Serena for a 30 minute class where you'll be guided through Bodyweight and Steel Mace mechanics to create a Steel Mace Flow. Steel Mace training carries over to real-life activities and will elevate your pursuit of a truly functional body.

Join us for a full day of health and wellness classes from yoga and HIIT classes, to dance and meditation and everything in between. Explore a variety of classes, exciting talent to accompany the instructors, local vendors to shop, and a whole lot of energy to light your fire!
