Steel Drum Fun at the Tuscarawas County Senior Center

Joan Wenzel will be the guest artist for the Dover Public Library Lunch & Learn on Wednesday, July 3 at 12:15 PM. She and a few of her students will not only captivate the audience with the music of Trinidad and Tobago, but they will also invite willing participants to learn the basics and play along.
