Steel City Squash Yoga Classes – Move, Breathe, Unwind
Join us for weekly yoga classes at Steel City Squash, designed to help you stretch, recharge, and connect—whether you're warming up for a workout or winding down after a long day.
Class Times:
• Wednesday Mornings: 8:00 – 9:15 AM
• Monday Evenings: 7:00 – 8:00 PM
Choose the time that fits your schedule—or come to both - Class times subject to change!
Our classes are open to all levels, from first-timers to seasoned yogis. Led by experienced, supportive instructors, each session will guide you through mindful movement, breathwork, and poses to reduce stress, build strength, and boost flexibility.
Whether you're hitting the gym or squash courts after, or just carving out time for yourself—this is your hour to reset and refocus.
What to Bring:
• A yoga mat (extras available)
• Water bottle
• Comfortable clothes to move in
Cost: $10 for members / $15 for non-members
