STEAMtacular Halloween Open House
Welcome to our STEAMtacular Halloween Open House where technology meets Halloween fun! Join us for a night of exciting candy, activities, contests and prizes in our safe and educational atmosphere! Explore the world of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math through our interactive hubs activities. Get ready to be amazed by our cool tech gadgets and creative projects. Don't forget to wear your favorite costume for some trick-or-treating fun! This event is perfect for gaming and coding enthusiasts ages 5-12 accompanied by parents. Come and experience a night of learning and laughter with us!

COMPLIMENTARY
In addition to free admission all candy, food, and drinks will be provided by iCode Southlake.
Doors will open at 4PM (early arrival is 3:30PM). Latest check-in accepted will be 6 PM. When checking in at the door with your family, you will be given instructions to participate in our activities and contests. Please be sure to accompany your children while in our building. No outside food or drinks will be permitted.

Children and parents alike are encouraged to go from hub to hub to experience our hands-on activities! Don't forget to take pictures and videos for your memories!
CONTESTS
- Costume Contest | Best STEAM related, Most Creative, and Funniest will win! Parents and kids are eligible.
- Photo Contest | Post a photo or video from the event on Instagram and tag @icode_southlake. You must follow our page to qualify.
- Pumpkin Decorating Contest | With our provided paper pumpkins and art supplies you will create your most Halloween STEAM inspired design (ex: pumpkin robot, vampire astronauts, etc). 3 winners determined by clarity, creativity, and relevance. Kids only!
- All attendees will be entered into our prize drawings for those who want to win but not compete!
You will be given instructions to register for the aformentioned contests upon arrival. Inappropriate and unsafe costumes will not be permitted (no replicas, full face masks, or props that could cause harm)!
PRIZES
Contest winners will be determined by employee voting at 6:30PM and contest and drawing winners will be announced at 6:45PM. We have multiple item and service prizes for parents and kids ranging from $5-$150 in value.
