The STEAM Winter Camp offers an exciting, interdisciplinary, project-based learning experience that integrates Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) with hands-on activities and cutting-edge technologies. Designed for students who are passionate about learning through creativity and collaboration, this camp encourages innovation and critical thinking, providing a perfect opportunity for personal growth and skill development during the winter break. Campers will engage in a variety of project-based challenges, working together to create real-world solutions and build unique projects. They will explore topics such as: 3D Printing: Design and print custom creations, applying engineering concepts and artistic expression to develop functional models or artistic designs. Robotics: Build and program robots to perform tasks, learning engineering principles while developing problem-solving skills to complete complex, hands-on projects. Artificial Intelligence (AI): Dive into the world of AI by creating smart systems, such as chatbots or image recognition tools, to understand how machines can learn from data. App Inventor: Learn to design and develop mobile applications, applying coding principles to solve problems and bring ideas to life in an interactive format. Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR): Use AR/VR technologies to create immersive environments and interactive experiences, combining creativity, design, and technology to craft innovative solutions. Throughout the camp, each student will work on a project-based learning approach, where they apply the knowledge from each workshop to create a final, collaborative project. For example, students may work together to design an interactive 3D-printed robot that uses AI to respond to user inputs or create an app that integrates AR to enhance learning experiences.
