A journey of imagination and hands-on fun awaits all little artists and craft enthusiasts who sign up for this camp.
From crafting whimsical masterpieces to unleashing the magic of DIY wonders, our camp is a canvas for boundless creativity.
Join us for a week of laughter, friendship, and the joy of turning everyday materials into extraordinary works of art. Get ready to paint, glue, and sparkle your way into a summer of crafty delights.
Who is this workshop for:
This camp is for youth ages 5-7.
Age requirements are set for our camps in order to provide a successful experience for all of our campers. The age limits set out in registration must be met in order to participate. (Campers must be 5 years of age as of the start date for this camp).
Camp participants are expected to be able to navigate the camp day and its associated activities independently (i.e. eating, toileting, dressing, etc.)
Where is this camp held:
Participants are invited to join us at the Lindsay Makerspace, located at 87 Adelaide St N, Lindsay, ON.
📘 5 days of hands-on learning and building as a team.
🎒 Before & After Care included from 8:30 to 5:30 every day. After Care is not provided on Friday, as we will finish at 4pm after our camper demos.
☀️ Time to move and get outside: Balance is important! Every day we will take learners outside to move and stretch and enjoy the sunshine
💻 Demo Day: Friday afternoon parents will be invited to see what campers have been working on throughout the week.
🧩 And more! We have board games, a reading corner, awesome counsellors, robots and other tech toys kids can learn and play with throughout the week!
What To Bring:
- Nut-Free Lunch + Waterbottle and any snacks you might want throughout the day.
- We recommend coming with an extra set of clothes, in case of emergencies. It is recommended that clothing and items be labeled.
- Time will also be spent outside each day. Be sure to dress appropriately (Eg. clothing that can get dirty, closed-toed shoes for running around, hats, etc.) and pack sunscreen! (We will have extra on hand too)
That's it! All camp equipment and supplies will be provided by Pinnguaq!
