Girls aged 15–18 from Black Indigenous People of Color, Racialized, Newcomers and Underserved Communities will benefit from STEAM AHEAD by gaining:

• Confidence to explore their potential
• Practical, hands-on STEAM skills
• Exposure to new or familiar career paths
• Mentorship from women leaders in STEAM

A community of peers and role models who believe in their brilliance

STEAM AHEAD is a decisive one-day leadership and learning experience. Through engaging workshops, inspiring keynotes, and hands-on sessions in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math, girls will:

• Discover what’s possible in STEAM fields
• Learn by doing with fundamental tools, tech, and creativity
• Connect with mentors who reflect their stories
• Leave inspired, equipped, and ready to lead

STEAM AHEAD 2025 builds on the momentum of our flagship yearly event :The Me Project, an initiative that celebrated girl empowerment and identity. Now, we’re returning with even more energy and opportunity for girls ready to imagine—and build—their future.
