Age Restrictions
For ages 18 & up
Description
Learn to make basic sauces that will enhance any meal. You'll pick up tips on reductions, emulsifications, custards, and infusions, which may sound daunting , but with a few tips from our instructors, you and your small team will be creating these simple sauces in no time!
for ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine paired with your samples.
Menu
You will focus on creating these sauces:
Beurre Blanc (A Slightly Sweet, Slightly Tangy, Rich, Classic Butter Sauce)
Bearnaise (A Butter Sauce Similar to Hollandaise traditionally served with Steak)
Balsamic Reduction
Coffee Creme Anglaise (A Custard Sauce used for Desserts)
In order to enjoy your sauces, our Instructors will provide
Seared Scallops to pair with the Beurre Blanc
Grilled Steak to pair with the Bearnaise Sauce
Green Beans & Broccolini to pair with the Balsamic Reduction
Chocolate Souffles to pair with the Coffee Creme Anglaise
Safety & Precautions
At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
