Join us for an exclusive, butcher-led tasting experience like no other. Our Steak Flight Nights are intimate, interactive evenings hosted by Ribeye’s expert butchers, bringing you up close with premium cuts, expert butchery, and the bold stories behind every bite.
This is your chance to explore an elevated, curated menu that celebrates the very best of beef, from world-renowned Wagyu to Canada's top regional producers. It’s not just dinner. It’s a deep dive into flavor, technique, and the craft of great steak.
Our tasting menu features:
Starter
Classic Beef Tartare to begin the evening.
Second Course
Cooked Ribeye from across Canada’s territories, served with creamy spinach.
Third Course
A trio of our Butcher's Choice Cuts. Flat Iron, Hanger, and Skirt steaks with rich scalloped potatoes.
Fourth Course
Premium Wagyu Ribeye and Strip steaks paired with a medley of sautéed mushrooms.
Final Bite
A decadent Beef Tallow Chocolate Torte.
