Whether you’re decent at cooking steak, or your family has taken to hiding the tongs from you, Al is going to share ALL the secrets! In this entertainment style class, Al will show you the three S’s; how to Season, Sear, and Slice your steak. He will talk about primal cuts, where each cut comes from, why you want to choose certain cuts, when to use them, what you can do with each cut, the importance of marbling, and ultimately, how you can cook a delicious, perfectly textured steak, every single time! Al will demonstrate three (3) primal cuts and prepare five (5) types of steaks. He will round out your dinner with his favorite potato and veggie sides, along with an easy dessert you can make indoors or on the grill!
On the Menu: A full steak dinner with samples of Tenderloin, New York, Ribeye, and two kinds of T-bone, served with potatoes and a roasted seasonal veggie, and a simple dessert!
Class Style: Entertainment. This class is instructional only - there is no Hands-On participation.
