When you enter a STEADY event or program, you acknowledge that photography, audio, and video recording may take place. STEADY reserves the right to use any photographs, videos, or recordings captured at any STEADY event without the expressed written permission of those included. These materials may be used in publications, advertising, promotional content, or other media produced, used, or contracted by STEADY, including but not limited to books, brochures, invitations, flyers, magazines, newspapers, social media, telecasts, webcasts, websites, or any other purpose by STEADY and its affiliates or representatives.
By entering the event premises, you release STEADY, its officers, employees, and all persons involved from any liability related to the capturing, recording, digitizing, or use of interviews, photographs, images, video, or sound recordings. To respect individual privacy, full names will not be used in connection with images without written approval from the photographed subject, parent, or legal guardian. You also waive any rights or claims to payment or royalties related to the use, exhibition, streaming, webcasting, broadcasting, or publication of these materials, regardless of purpose or sponsorship, and waive the right to inspect or approve any recorded content. Any person or organization not affiliated with STEADY is prohibited from using, copying, altering, or modifying STEADY photography, videography, graphics, or recordings without prior written authorization from STEADY. Additionally, by purchasing a ticket, you consent to receiving email updates from the event organizers regarding the event.
