Each week, we’ll use engaging tools like agility ladders and cones along with bodyweight exercises to steadily improve your balance and coordination. With a small class size of 6-8 participants, you’ll receive personalized attention and support in a welcoming environment.
Our gentle, low-impact exercises are suitable for all fitness levels and are designed to build your confidence in daily activities. Additionally, you’ll receive simple at-home exercises to reinforce what you learn in class and keep you on track.
