Please join us for STC's first meeting of the new year at Whitman Brewing (lower level)! We will be hearing from Carl Regenauer (longtime STC member, USAT Level 1 Triathlon Coach and Coach with T3), who will present "Principles of Triathlon" - helping you optimize your season while keeping your life in balance. There will be time for Q&A after.This meeting is FREE for current STC members (paid through 4/30/25). Non-members may attend for a $10 fee.
