Staying Alive! A Triumphant Cemetery Tour

Cats have nine lives, and these Elmwood residents did, too. One survived an epidemic that took every member of her household. Another survived the 1812 New Madrid earthquake that made the Mississippi River flow backward, creating Reelfoot Lake. One had eight horses shot from beneath him while in various battles! These are the proverbial lucky ducks of Elmwood Cemetery.
