When you have a posture of openness, you have increased energy, feel more creative, and experience life more abundantly.
If yoga is about staying open, how do we do it? Taking a six-week class dedicated to staying open helps us practice this discipline in our yoga. If you like having more energy, and we all do, you may consider taking this series to learn some techniques and tricks centered on the power of being open.
This class is for all levels and includes breathing, meditation, and movement.
